Leaks (Slab Leaks) Under Concrete Found and Repaired
A slab leak occurs when hot or cold water pipes beneath the home start leaking. The pipes can start leaking for many reasons: the pipes are old, the chemistry of the water supply is corrosive, faulty installation, defects, earthquake damage, more. When a slab leak occur, we locate the leaking pipe using electronic leak detection methods. Access to the pipe is then made through the floor to repair the pipe,. Sometimes, the repair is not feasible due to poor access, such as beneath a cabinet, or bathtub. In such cases, we can re-route the plumbing or repipe the building.
In-line Video Camera Service
We have state-of-the-art Video Inspection Cameras. This versatile diagnostic tool can be invaluable in many instances for inspections of pipe, particularly in locating lines for repair, and in removing blocks such as tree roots.
Expert Drain Cleaning & Rooter Service
